HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR ENTRIES

Based on your submission category, read the instructions below and then follow the steps to complete the submission process.

Brand Campaign

• ONLY accepted in digital format as a PDF
  • The Brand Identity PDF should include:
    • Creative execution of the brand through the form of a brand style guide. This guide must include an original logo design, brand colors, and brand fonts.
    • Additional elements such as secondary logos, tag lines, patterns, etc., may be included at entrants’ preference but will not be used in consideration for overall judging.
    • Entrant may also include a brief description (max. 300 characters) of the project’s purpose to help the judge(s) understand the design objective.

Photography Portrait & Still Life

• ONLY accepted in digital format
  • • Photographic images must have a maximum size of 1000 pixels on the long edge and 150ppi. Max file size is 3MB.
    • Entrant may also include a brief description (max. 300 characters) of the project’s purpose to help the judge(s) understand the design objective.

Videography & Web/Interactive

• ONLY accepted as a URL Link
• Use the Payment & Registration form to pay for your registration, and then upload the entry URL Link to the Google Drive form.
• Entrant may also include a brief description (max. 300 characters) of the project’s purpose to help the judge(s) understand the design objective.
  • • Websites should be hosted online
    • Videos hosted on YouTube, Vimeo, etc.

Packaging Design, Graphic Design/Print, Graphite, Paint, or Sculpture

• ONLY accepted as a JPG or PDF with a max file size of 3MB
  • Entrant may also include a brief description (max. 300 characters) of the project’s purpose to help the judge(s) understand the design objective.
• For Graphic, Paint, & Sculptures only:
  • • Take a maximum of three high-resolution, clear photos of your project
